Fixed Issues in 2021.10.3

The following issues were fixed in this release:

• (HUB-32233). Upgraded Log4j to version 2.17.0 in response to CVE-2021-45046 and CVE-2021-45105.

• (HUB-32295). Updated Bitnami Logstash to 7.16.2 version with Log4j 2.17.0.
