Updated operating system support

The preferred operating systems for installing Black Duck 2024.4.0 have been updated as follows:

• End of support for CentOS 7.

• End of support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux server 7.9 and 8.6.

• Added support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux server 8.9 and 9.x.

Deprecation and upcoming removal of the allow/deny nginx configuration

Black Duck 2024.4.0 has deprecated the following features built in to blackduck-nginx:

• DENY_ACCESS_DIRECTIVES

• ALLOW_ACCESS_DIRECTIVES

These features will be fully removed in Black Duck 2024.7.0.

Documentation localization

The 2024.1.0 version of the UI, online help, and release notes have been localized to Japanese and Simplified Chinese.
